Surgery for me is like an art. It is not just cutting and pulling tissues, it is creating a new shape. If it is the face I am working on then everything is done with precise symmetry and proportions, reshaping and remodeling tissue using endoscopic techniques and in some cases if need be, implants.   If it is the breasts, then I am working with soft tissue as a sculptor would with clay creating a natural shape. Time during an operation for me doesn’t exist – I perform all operations to the best of my ability.
